This summer dress is a pink silk chiffon 1920s dress with a cowl neckline and an asymmetrical handkerchief hem. The dress features a sleeveless design with long sashes at the shoulders. The bodice is loose-fitting, and the waistline is dropped, typical of the 20s style. The inside dress in lined in a light mauvish-pink muslin.
The skirt has a gathered detail at the hip and multiple layers of chiffon, creating a flowing, uneven hemline. The color is a soft, pale pink, which was very popular during the era.
CONDITION:
The fabric is strong and there are no holes, loose seams or tears. The skirt has soft light spots which do not show as they disappear in the folds. It looks like water spots. I am rating this as being in VERY GOOD CONDITION.
