Very rare pattern number 2227 by Advance Pattern. I have been unable to find another one on the internet.
This pattern shows two different styles, a princess coat and what looks like a coat dress.
The coats feature a streamlined silhouette with a focus on a defined, nipped-in waist, a full skirt, and structured shoulders. This style was a departure from the more extravagant furs of the 1920s and 30s.
One variation of the coat has a large lapel collar, while the other has a rounded, high-buttoned collar.
Both versions of the coat are shown with a tie belt that emphasizes the waist.
This is a Size 16 a 34” bust, 37” hips. please see back of cover for dimensions.
All pieces are here. The pattern cover and pieces are in excellent shape. The back flap has tiny tears on the edges and one part of the flap is bent.
