This is a 1930s vintage Simplicity Pattern 1683 for a misses' one-piece shirtwaist dress.
It can be made in two variations. The pattern features a fly-front bodice closing and a full, soft-pleated skirt.
The two main styles illustrated on the envelope are:
View 1 (Left, green dress): Features a high neckline with a tie collar and long sleeves that fasten with a buttoned band at the wrist.
View 2 (Right, plaid dress): Includes a notched collar, a belt at the waist, and short sleeves detailed with a buttoned sleeve band.
The pattern is sized for a Bust 38 and Hip 41.
The pattern has 13 pieces and is in excellent minus condition. The envelope has no tears or rips but the opening on the bottom is missing its flap.
