Vintage 1920s Light Blue Organza Apron with Fairy on a Half Moon

Rare vintage 1920s light blue organza apron with novelty design. I cannot imagine wearing this on the kitchen so it is a mystery where this was worn!
The apron has a pixie type fairy on the bottom right sitting on a half moon. She is wearing a pink-orange sheath and has on green pixie shoes.
She is blowing bubbles out of a green pipe with one hand, and juggling a balloon with her other hand. The bubbles are orange, violet, blue and pink. There is embroider detailing on the balloons to portray shine.
The figure of the fairy girl is embroidered on gold.
There bottom of the apron has scalloped edges.
MEASUREMENTS:
Width: 27” (not including ribbons)
Height: 30”
CONDITION:
The apron when I got it was missing the waist ribbons so I added peach-pink satin ribbons.
The neck ribbons are original peach color and somewhat faded/discolored. They are also peach-pink but brighter.
The apron is in EXCELLENT-minus condition.
