I love these 40s black dresses with beading (or the sequins.) This is such a cute example! This dress has all the classic 40s features, the shoulder pads, the two layered bell sleeve and the peplum. The shoulders are ruched and the peplum gathers at the side with a cute flounce! The beads are gold, turquoise and fuchsia. The dress zips on the side and has a fabric button closure in the back.
CONDITION: There is only one issue with this dress - one inch of the row of bugle beads is missing on the stem of the flower. It looks like that is the design if your not really examining it too much. Otherwise there are no stains, fading, holes or smells. The dress has the original zipper and there is no label.
