Vintage Two Piece Sleeveless Navy Blue Cotton Dress Reversible Shrug XL Large by Charles Warner

This is so clever! The two piece is made of navy blue cotton trimmed in a white cotton with tiny blue flowers. The top - jacket shrug is reversible. The bodice is gathered with a big white button with matching buttons on the pockets. The dress zips in the back.

CONDITION: As you can see in the last two pics, there is slight yellowing on the straps and the shrug. A good 48 hour soaking in biz should lift all of that. Otherwise there is no fading, tears, holes, stains or smells. There is no belt but would be happy to include the white stretch belt shown in pics. I am rating this as being in EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION.
