This incredible set of hankies belonged to my consignors grandmother who was a child in the 1930s. This has a rare box that is really hard to find.
About 7 of the hankies have age soiling here and there that I have not attempted to soak. Please see last pic for picture of soiled ones. All the hankies except the top left hankie in the last pic are in excellent shape with no tears or holes. The top right one in the last pic has a slight 1” fray on the top right.
Box is in strong condition just wear on the top of the box.
Most of the hankies are 9” x 9.” The one with the three children embroidered in pink and yellow is 8” x 8”
I am rating this as being in VERY GOOD condition.
