Vintage 1960s Peach Sequin Cocktail Dress by Emma Domb

Emma Domb is a famous designer from the 1950s and 1960s who was famous for her elegant cocktail and party dresses. This is a lovely example of her work.’

The dress has netting, lace and sequins on the top. The dress has a high waist which is ruched with a little fold over piece in the center. The dress has a scalloped bodice and zips in the back.

The back of the dress has gathered folds which add a unique draping effect. The sleeves are made of netting in a light tan/peach/beige color.

The dress has two labels - one says “Emma Domb, California” and the other says “City of Paris, San Francisco.”
The fabric is unmarked but feels synthetic. The sleeves are chiffon.
