Vintage 1950s Red and Black Boucle Car Coat Giant Red Buttons

Adorable little car coat just in time for the chilly months ahead. The coat is a medium weight coat - not too heavy, not too lightweight.

The coast had a shawl collar and the front of the jacket has a long seam that ends with a slit pocket on either side. As seen in the pics, the pockets have a little half moon shape in the front. There are three large buttons and not sure what they are made of.

The back of the jacket has three long seams. The sleeves have large cuffs. The lining is a shiny red/orange acetate type fabric.

CONDITION:

I see nothing wrong with this jacket except the buttons have a slight fade. Otherwise there are no holes, tears, stains or smells. I am rating this as being in excellent minus condition.

I recommend this jacket for a small person. I am a medium and it doesn’t fit. Better for a size 4/6 person.
