Reserve Vintage Catacombs 1940s Nylon Black and White Novelty Print Dress w Belt

This is a super cute semi-sheer short sleeved dress with a blouse and skirt pocket and its original belt. The shoulders are padded slightly.

The dress has a small collar and on the blouse on one side there a a small pocket with a long flap. On the opposite side, there is a skirt pocket with the same long flap.

The dress buttons all the way down the front with small off-white buttons. I am not sure what they are made from. All the buttons are there. The front of the blouse has gathered pleats on the shoulders and waist.

The dress has a thin belt from the same fabric. I am not sure what the pattern is supposed to be - it almost looks like the white area are made to look like buttons.

There is no label but there is a tag on the back of the neck that says “Lot, Size 14”

CONDITION:

I see absolutely no issues on the dress. No stains, fading, rips or tears. The fabric on is in excellent shape. The inside of the belt is moderately crackled as is usual. There is plenty of life left in the belt. I am rating this as being in EXCELLENT MINUS CONDITION.
