Vintage Late 1940s, Early 1950s Women’s Purple Blue Suit Large

Very rare to find purple/blue dye that hasn’t turned or faded and this has retained all it’s beautiful rich color!

It is a simple suit but absolutely elegant with it’s simple design and construction.

The jacket has clover lapels. It may be difficult to see from the photos but each side of the jacket has a double seam down the front which goes straight down then curves where the hips are. And in those seams are two hidden pockets which makes this so fabulous!

The jacket is lined and has 4 original dark purple buttons which have a clover design inside. The skirt is a pencil skirt with a kick pleat in the back.

There is one tiny moth hole on the front which can easily be mended. Otherwise the suit is in EXCELLENT CONDITION!
