$220. Beautiful vintage 1930s black velvet cape in EXCELLENT condition! The inside is lined in silk rayon. Has a round rhinestone button to fasten and a small clip underneath. There are straps on the inside of the cape. The velvet is strong and in beautiful shape.
The back has some clever ruching and look at those lapels!
